Caldicot Town Football Club is run by a Committee of volunteers currently consisting of three Officers, and twelve general Committee members, voted on at the annual AGM. This team are responsible for the running of the club including the playing side and the social side including the bar.

The club, through nominations submitted have Life Members and also hold positions for a President and Vice Presidents who do not exercise any decision making powers within the club, but whom contribute financially to it's running.
